For our client, an internationally operating industrial group, we are looking for an experienced HR leader who thinks strategically, acts entrepreneurially, and actively drives change.
In this key role, you will shape the group-wide HR orientation, advise top management on an equal footing, and further develop structures, processes, and leadership tools across multiple locations. You combine strategic clarity with pragmatism and a good sense for people, organisation, and business.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
- You will further develop the group-wide HR strategy, HR structures, and central standards
- You will advise the CEO, executive management, and other decision-makers on strategic HR and organisational matters
- You will accompany transformation, reorganisation, and change processes at group level
- You will lead the central HR function and ensure professional coordination with local HR managers
- You will be responsible for key topics such as executive recruiting, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
- You will manage HR controlling, relevant key figures, budget matters, as well as compensation & benefits
- You will initiate and lead group-wide HR, digitalisation, and organisational development projects
- You will drive the further development of modern HR systems and digital processes
- You will strengthen employer attractiveness and promote a performance-oriented and future-focused corporate culture
WHAT YOU BRING
- University degree with a focus on human resources, business administration, business law, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in a strategic HR function
- Experience in an international industrial or production environment
- Solid practical experience in transformation, restructuring, and organisational development
- Experience in managing decentralised or multi-site HR structures
- Very good knowledge of HR controlling, KPI management, as well as compensation & benefits topics
- Strong digital affinity and experience with modern HR systems
- Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and a good sense for different stakeholders
- Confident communication and consulting skills at executive and management level
- Fluent German and English skills
