Area Sales Manager:in Care (100%)
As an Area Sales Manager Care, you take responsibility for sales and profit in the Bern region and look after our customer groups in retirement and nursing homes as well as Spitex. Sales means passion and ambition to you, so you build strong customer relationships, acquire new customers and implement digital solutions to secure long-term success. In doing so, you optimise marketing and sales processes and open up new target groups. Take the opportunity to establish yourself in our new outpatient Spitex market and benefit from the experience and reputation of IVF HARTMANN AG in the field of inpatient care. Your close collaboration with all internal colleagues enables you to provide impulses for the further development of digital tools and thus shape the sales management of the future. You analyse data-driven strategies, implement them successfully and work with your colleagues to achieve important KPIs and promote sustainable sales growth. Your focus is on the targeted and efficient use of our digital Hartmanneasy solutions (Premium, Order, Care, Analysis, Shelf) to sustainably influence and shape the market.
Competencies:
- Completed vocational training, ideally with further education in sales and/or healthcare
- Several years of experience in sales with a pronounced sales flair, hunter mentality and focus on new customer acquisition with cold calling
- Negotiation-secure German as well as high willingness to travel (usually with daily return home) for customer care
- Performance- and goal-oriented, with strong sales responsibility and affinity for digital solutions
- Digital affinity and efficiency, with a strong sense of time management and structured working
