• Overall responsibility for bidding projects: From analyzing the tender to the final presentation to the customer
• Coordination of all internal and external interfaces: You ensure that the technical, commercial, and scheduling requirements are met
• Budget and schedule planning: You keep an eye on costs, resources, and milestones and actively manage project success
• Strategic bid design: You form a close team with the Sales Manager and develop convincing concepts and solutions that optimally cover customer needs
• Continuous improvement: You contribute your experience to make processes more efficient and transparent

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in a technical environment or in bid management
• Strong organizational skills and confident demeanor towards customers and internal stakeholders
• University degree in transportation engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable education
• Solid understanding of commercial basics and contexts
• Team orientation and strong communication skills; fluent in German and English
