About the job

Do you inspire people, enjoy organising, and want to lead a team? At Final Escape Basel, you combine the role of Game Master with responsibility for our location.
You will spend the majority of your working time actively managing games and
attending to guests. At the same time, you are responsible for personnel management and recruitment and take on
administration as well as customer service. The division depends on occupancy and operational
requirements.

Your tasks
* You welcome our guests, introduce them to the games, and support the groups during their
adventure.
* You prepare the rooms, reset them, and ensure a convincing gaming experience.
* You are responsible for recruiting new employees: posting job adverts, reviewing applications,
conducting interviews, and coordinating personnel selection with management.
* You lead, support, and train your team, onboard new employees, and conduct
employee appraisals.
* You create the work schedule and organise cover in case of absences.
* You respond to customer enquiries by email and phone and handle bookings, rebookings,
and complaints.
* You ensure cleanliness, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
* You resolve minor faults and coordinate repairs and maintenance with our technician.
What you bring
* Enjoyment in dealing with guests and friendly, clear communication.
* Organisational talent, initiative, and reliability, even when it’s busy.
* Experience in team leadership or personnel recruitment is an advantage, as is experience in leisure operations,
catering, or hospitality.
* Very good German, English (advantageous), and willingness to work evenings and weekends.
