What you can achieve

• You lead site-specific development projects and accompany them from planning through trials and evaluations to successful implementation.
• You plan, coordinate and conduct operational and laboratory trials as well as storage tests and, together with quality assurance, derive relevant measures.
• You create specification documents and accompany the upscaling process according to the Emmi QS system.
• You ensure the currency and quality of our recipes in SAP, IQSoft and MS Office and ensure reliable documentation.
• You support production with process questions, problem solving and commissioning of new equipment and develop suitable solution strategies for procurement issues.
• As a member of the HACCP team, you make an important contribution to product safety and actively participate in the further development of our processes.

What you bring with you

• You have a basic education in the food industry including FS1 and FS2 or a higher qualification in food technology or food science.
• Experience in product and process development, ideally in the food industry, is an advantage.
• Trial planning, execution, evaluation and documentation are among your strengths.
• You think analytically, act solution-oriented and keep an overview even with complex issues.
• An independent, structured and reliable way of working characterises you and you like to get involved.
• You enjoy working with various interfaces and have good German language skills as well as good user knowledge of MS Office; SAP and IQSoft knowledge is a plus.
