About the job
Do you love your profession and want to work in an office where your work is recognised? We would like to get to know you.
As part of the development of our office, we are looking for a civil engineering draftsman/woman CFC to join our team within the Projects & Realisation Department.
We are a human-sized office where we prioritise direct communication, closeness and teamwork. With us, you will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with engineers and technicians, participate in technical decisions and follow your projects well beyond the completion of the plans.
Above all, we are looking for someone who loves their profession, wants to get involved and is eager to grow with us.
YOUR ACTIVITY
Your work will be varied and will allow you to be involved in different stages of projects, both in the office and on site.
Specifically, you will be expected to:
- Develop formwork, reinforcement and execution detail plans for reinforced concrete structures.
- Create civil engineering plans including earthworks, pipelines and external developments.
- Prepare reinforcement lists, submission plans and execution dossiers.
- Adapt and update plans according to engineers’ instructions and project developments.
- Ensure coordination of plans with architects and other contractors.
- Participate in the preparation of tenders and the monitoring of execution dossiers.
- Take part, depending on the projects, in coordination meetings and site visits.
- Contribute to improving our working methods and developing our IT tools.
We appreciate people who do not limit themselves to carrying out tasks, but who seek to understand projects, propose solutions and bring their experience to the team.
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a CFC as a civil engineering draftsman/woman or an equivalent qualification.
- Ideally, you have between 3 to 5 years or more of experience in an engineering office in Switzerland.
- You are proficient in AutoCAD and BaCAD software.
- Knowledge of metal construction, timber or BIM (Revit, Allplan) is an advantage.
- You are familiar with SIA standards and construction practices in Switzerland.
- You work in an organised, precise and autonomous manner.
- You enjoy teamwork and communication with various stakeholders.
- You are comfortable in French, both spoken and written.
We remain open to different profiles. Beyond professional background, we place great importance on motivation, reliability and the desire to do a good job.
