To strengthen our team in the Perfumery sector, we are looking from 01.06.2026, for a permanent contract, at the Morges site, for a *motivated* and *committed* person as a Sales Associate (Lancôme/L'Oréal Prestige), 50%.

Your responsibilities
- You provide professional advice to customers and enrich their shopping experience with your up-to-date knowledge.
- You ensure the proper organisation of the sales point.
- You effectively convey specific information about the departments to our customers.
- You offer a professional cashier service.
- You manage and present our assortment attractively according to customer needs.
- You are responsible for order and cleanliness on the sales floor.

Your profile
- You have preferably completed basic training in retail trade in the mentioned field.
- You have experience in sales and advice in the beauty sector, with proven experience in store management.
- You enjoy sales and have a particular sensitivity to our demanding customers.
- You are highly motivated, committed, and enthusiastic in your work.
- You have a communicative personality, radiate positive energy, and have a neat appearance.
- You speak fluent French and preferably know another national language.
