  What are your tasks?

   

  • Active support of team leadership and driving Hilti Store projects (for example, demo concept) 
  • Assistance with training on new processes, systems, and employees 
  • Support in the appropriate presentation of the entire store layout (renovations, relocations, conversions)
  • Representation in different Hilti Stores in Switzerland during holidays or other absences
  • Active advice and sale of the entire product and service range and ensuring a good customer experience

  • Completed university degree (Bachelor) and/or further training 
  • Experience in sales and customer consulting is an advantage
  • Strong service orientation, initiative, and flexibility
  • Willingness to regularly and flexibly step in at various regions
  • Good IT skills; experience with SAP and Salesforce is an advantage
  • Very good German skills and good French skills
  • Driving licence category B
