Sales-Oriented Site Manager Switzerland 100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the Swiss site in Zurich West (trading company)
• Management of 18 employees, including 5 direct reports in Sales, Purchasing, Finance, HR, and Warehouse
• Further development of the site and strengthening of the market position
• Development of new business areas, active acquisition of new customers, and support of existing key accounts
• Ensuring smooth operational business including cost and process optimisation
• Responsible for optimal employee deployment as well as team and organisational development
• Budgeting, reporting, and planning of measures to achieve corporate goals
• Close cooperation and regular coordination with the Board of Directors and Group Management

Profile:

• Business administration degree with sales-oriented further training and technical or commercial basic training
• Several years of leadership and sales experience in a technical SME environment
• Industry knowledge in construction, industry, electrical engineering, or logistics
• Entrepreneurial, independent, and solution-oriented leadership personality with confident appearance, high social competence, and self-motivation
• Assertive, organised, goal-oriented, and loyal
• Hands-on mentality and presence on site
• Very good German and English skills; Italian or French an advantage
