Portrait of the School/Institution
The Salome Brunner Foundation is committed to around 300 children and adolescents with speech development disorders and learning difficulties. With our various schools, we see ourselves as an important part of the educational landscape of the Canton of Bern.
The Biel-Seeland Speech Therapy School is a special public school for children with complex speech development disorders. The children are accompanied and supported in their development by specially qualified professionals. Small classes allow for addressing the individual needs of the students. Speech therapy and psychomotor therapy mainly take place as individual therapy. After the third grade, the children attend regular school.

Tasks
- 20-22 lessons of speech therapy
- speech therapy support for the children, twice weekly, oral and written
- collaboration in the interdisciplinary team
- participation in school organization and development within the scope of your workload
Requirements
- completed studies in speech therapy
- enjoyment of working with children and adolescents with special needs in the areas of language, communication, behavior, and learning
- interest in interdisciplinary collaboration, shaping, and support
- open, team-oriented, and flexible
