Purchasing Clerk (80-100%)

After a targeted introduction, you will be responsible for the optimal procurement of raw materials for production.


Your main tasks
- Operational procurement of raw materials, packaging and machine parts
- Monitoring of stocks, delivery dates and open orders
- Deadline monitoring and complaints management with suppliers
- Creating and posting cutting orders
- Charging materials to orders
- Organising the shipment of materials to external suppliers
- Maintaining contact with suppliers, especially in the areas of operational order processing and complaints
- Internal consulting of all interfaces on questions regarding raw materials
- Product master data maintenance in the ERP system
- General administrative tasks
- Participation in inventory

Your profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or technical apprenticeship with commercial further training
- Professional experience in purchasing in a production company
- Technical flair
- Sound IT user knowledge (Microsoft Office)
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good English skills
