Your tasks
- Collaboration in contract management – creating order confirmations and amendments as well as filing contract documents in the internal system (Messerli)
- Support in the contract approval process
- Booking of invoices in construction accounting (Messerli) including commercial verification of invoices
- General administrative tasks
Your profile
- Reliable, resilient and team-oriented personality
- Commercial basic training with experience in construction administration
- Knowledge of contract management and the administrative construction process
- Very good IT skills, ideally experience with the construction administration software Messerli
- German as a mother tongue or very good language skills in spoken and written form
- Structured, precise and independent working style
- Team-oriented thinking and proactive collaboration within the company
