About the job
Aubonne Hospital has been serving its community since 1895. Ideally located near the vineyards and the village, it is one of the three founding hospitals of the EHC. It brings together all the missions of the EHC in one place: whether for primary care with its medical centre, acute care with its recognised internal medicine beds and palliative care unit, the multisite treatment and rehabilitation centre, or long-term care services with its EMS and Temporary Reception Centre (CAT).
We are looking for an:
Assistant or ASSC CTR at 50%
To strengthen our service, permanent contract starting immediately or as agreed

YOU HAVE
- A Federal VET Diploma as a Community Health and Care Assistant (ASSC) or a recognised CRS nursing assistant diploma
- First experience in geriatrics, an asset
- The Gineste-Marescotti (GM) certificate, an asset
- Knowledge of the Swiss health system, an asset
- A willingness to contribute to improving or maintaining patients’ autonomy
- Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with elderly people
- A sense of listening, discretion and empathy
- Motivation and good adaptability and integration skills
- Availability and flexibility
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Collaborate with the nursing team in assisting care for patient management
- Support patients and assist them during mobilisation
- Help with meal distribution
- Participate in adapting and maintaining the patient’s environment
- Contribute to the efficient use of equipment and its supply
