About the job
iwaz offers, as a social enterprise, assistance for residential, training, and work opportunities, acts as a service provider for industrial, rehabilitation technology, and social assignments, and is a venue for seminars, events, and gastronomic experiences in Wetzikon.
Around 60 residents aged between 20 and 90 live at iwaz and receive support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in managing their daily lives. A well-coordinated care and support team is responsible for professional care and support.

Social Pedagogy Internship Position for Practical Module I, OST University of Applied Sciences
Your Tasks
- Accompanying and assisting the participants of the day centre according to the principles of participation and self-efficacy
- Taking on individual tasks related to key worker duties
- Developing individual learning goals with the support of the practical training supervisor (PA), according to the competency framework learning objectives
- Co-designing the assistance-based offers
- Participating in team meetings and team consultations, reflections, and intervisions
- Maintaining electronic documentation
- The student independently takes on assignments and reflects on them in PA discussions
