What you can achieve with us

• Creation and management of customer invoicing – you ensure that all invoices are created on time and correctly.
• Data management for new debtors – you reliably maintain and update customer master data in our systems.
• Recording and booking of creditor invoices – including careful checking and follow-up.
• Monitoring of open creditor items – you ensure that no outstanding invoices are overlooked.
• Organisation and execution of payment runs – you ensure smooth processing of creditor payments.
• Handling of various bank accounts – including reconciliation, monitoring and clarification of discrepancies.

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training – you bring a solid foundation for this position.
• Initial experience in accounting – you have already worked in this area and want to deepen your knowledge.
• Confident use of MS Office – especially Excel is familiar to you and you use it effectively.
• Team-oriented and reliable – you work independently, are well organised and like to get involved.
• Very good German skills – for clear and precise communication.
• Good French skills – a plus that makes you versatile and facilitates exchange.
