- Handle diverse customer support issues and requests.
- Instruct and support users on ICT tools across SRF.
- Install, operate, and maintain ICT user devices.

What are your tasks?
- Handle various disruptions and concerns from customers in support
- Instruct and support users of the entire SRF in using ICT tools
- Install, commission, and maintain ICT user devices
- Address and solve technical ICT issues over the phone or on-site at various training locations, as well as participate in different exciting projects
