ICT Solutions & Cloud Engineer 80-100 % (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Professional support of SME clients in designing and optimising their IT environments as well as developing individual infrastructure and operational solutions.
Independent implementation of ICT projects from technical planning to commissioning, including administration and further development of virtualised server systems.
Design and implementation of security measures focusing on firewalls, endpoint protection, network security, and reliable data protection.
Ensuring efficient IT operations and contributing to the further development of the company’s cloud and network architecture.
Analysis and resolution of complex technical issues in 2nd and 3rd level support, management of incident and problem processes, and expansion of existing IT services.
Qualifications:
Completed IT education or comparable technical training with relevant professional experience in the ICT field.
Several years of practical experience with server environments, virtualisation, and IT infrastructures as well as their administration and maintenance.
Solid knowledge in IT security, firewall systems, endpoint security, and network technology.
High willingness to learn, curiosity, and initiative as well as motivation to learn new technologies and take on responsibility.
Strong customer orientation, team spirit, and communication skills as well as a reliable, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
Work location and residence: The position is not remote and is carried out on site. Residence in Switzerland is required, willingness to relocate to Switzerland or to work as a cross-border commuter.
