Your tasks – our position
- Timely, revenue-optimised and audit-proof coding of inpatient cases in various medical specialties according to SwissDRG
- Continuous development of coding practices and active professional exchange within the coding team
- Close collaboration with doctors and nursing staff to optimise medical documentation
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments as well as billing
Your skills – our requirements
- Completed basic medical training or solid professional experience in healthcare
- Experience in medical coding, ideally with a federal specialist certificate
- Quick comprehension and interest in professional and personal development
- Proficient use of MS Office as well as common coding and analysis tools
- Precise, independent and efficient working style
- Enjoyment of teamwork and collegial exchange
- Native German or French speaker with knowledge of the other language
