Our headquarters in Baden AG will be comprehensively modernised in the coming years through new construction and renovations, complemented by 86 new retirement apartments.

We offer you an exciting training position starting 1 August 2026 as

Care Specialist EFZ (m/f/d)

Location Baden and Wettingen

In this role you will support us by:

• Daily care of our residents
• Supporting the professional staff
• Looking after residents during walks, entertainment programmes and daily activities
• Mobilising and transferring residents
• Medical-technical tasks such as measuring blood pressure and blood sugar, etc.
• Assisting with domestic tasks
