The following exciting tasks await you:

• You lead, prioritise, and organise the activities of a team of nine specialists
• Through close daily support and targeted professional assistance, you create the conditions for shared success
• You translate strategic directives into clear goals and ensure sustainable management of team performance
• You promote the development of your employees, strengthen their independence, and ensure the uniform application of underwriting guidelines
• You handle selected underwriting files and contribute to technical decisions
• You work closely with the other teams in the department and engage in cross-departmental projects

What distinguishes you:

• Federal diploma in insurance or an equivalent qualification
• Extensive professional experience in property insurance for corporate clients as well as a strong understanding of risk assessment and underwriting
• Initial or already substantial leadership experience and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility
• Native German or French speaker (or C2 level) with very good knowledge of the other language (at least B2, ideally C1) in spoken and written form
• Confident use of common MS Office applications
