for the Glattbrugg ZH location Your main tasks:
- First and second level customer support in German and French for medical technology and laboratory devices
- Support of specialists in the internal service for recurring and more in-depth topics
- Device repairs
- Support of the back office with administrative tasks
- Basic training as an electronics technician, multimedia electronics technician, electrical installer or technical basic training
- Good German and French skills in spoken and written form
- Knowledge in the area of PC hardware and software (networks)
- Professional experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Dynamic, communicative and customer-oriented personality with a high degree of initiative
- Positive attitude towards life and enjoyment in contact with people
- A structured, specialized introduction and regular further training
