The Human Resources domain, managed at the national level, is responsible for personnel matters across the entire SSR and manages them. Human Resources support SSR employees in all personnel-related questions, offer a modern range of initial and continuing training, and are responsible for the overall implementation of modern key processes.
Sponsorship Sales Manager FR-CH
Your mission
- Ensure the hierarchical and functional management of the French-speaking Swiss sales team (3 employees) dedicated to radio and TV sponsorship
- Assume responsibility for turnover and budget at regional and national levels, in accordance with the objectives set in the radio and TV sponsorship domain
- Develop and implement the sales and market development strategy, including planning commercial measures and structured prospecting activities at regional and national levels
- Develop turnover and maintain relationships with clients and agencies, ensure systematic acquisition of new clients and design personalised offers meeting their needs
- Work closely with internal interfaces and external partners
- Establish sales forecasts, reports as well as offers and presentations tailored to clients
Your profile
- Strong commercial skills across the entire sales funnel, with an excellent understanding of client needs and development opportunities
- Several years of experience in a leadership role within sales in the media sector
- Excellent communication and presentation skills enabling confident management of client meetings, negotiations, events and market actions
- Very good organisational and coordination skills, particularly in planning and implementing commercial actions, client events and market communication
- Developed professional network and excellent ability to build and maintain trustful relationships
- Good to very good knowledge of at least two national languages; proficiency in English is an asset
