As a committed and flexible personality, you support various well-known customers as a holiday and sickness replacement and get to know different working environments. With your commitment, friendliness, and professionalism, you always ensure a pleasant and harmonious reception atmosphere.
Your assignments take place from Monday to Friday, usually between 7:00 am and 6:30 pm – depending on the location.

Your main tasks:

- First point of contact for all customer concerns
- Reception and care of customers, guests, and partners
- Ensuring seamless reception coverage and service during business hours
- Telephone service
- Various administrative tasks (e.g. processing emails, creating telephone lists, etc.)
- Postal services
- Management of access authorisations and badges

Your profile:

- High flexibility and willingness to work at different locations (Bern, Burgdorf, and Langenthal)
- Completed training in the commercial sector or service industry
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
- Open, communicative, and service-oriented personality
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written; good French skills are an advantage
