Swiss Visio Network is a network of ophthalmology centres at the forefront of medical techniques, treating all eye diseases. Our teams ensure personalised and highest quality care for patients, always placing them at the centre of attention. The network currently comprises 22 centres in French-speaking, German-speaking and Italian-speaking Switzerland.
The candidate will be required to work one day a week at the Swiss Visio Lugano Station site and 3/4 days a week at the Swiss Visio Bellinzona site.
Job Description
- Welcoming patients
- Managing schedules and making appointments
- Handling incoming and outgoing communication (telephone and e-mail)
- Sorting and filing documents
- Proofreading and formatting documents
- Managing patients’ administrative and medical files
- Coordinating patient summons, examinations and interventions
- Checking and supervising invoicing
Qualifications
- Commercial employee diploma AFC / administrative assistant
- Swiss citizenship or C permit
- At least 3 years’ experience in administrative duties and patient reception in the healthcare sector (preferably ophthalmology)
- Italian language; national languages (preferably French) are a plus
- Person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, available, dynamic and proactive
- Versatility, organisational skills, team work
- Good command of common IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of Opale, Liris and Polypoint systems is an advantage.
