Responsibilities in this Role

• Development and implementation of regional sales strategies
• Development of our partner segments for electricians and planners in collaboration with the team
• Building and further developing top customers at decision-maker level in the region
• Independent development and implementation of project business with top customers
• Identification of new business opportunities and building sustainable customer relationships
• Leadership and motivation of the sales team to achieve sales and customer targets
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent service and advice
• Close cooperation with other departments to ensure efficient company performance

Knowledge & Experience

• Successfully completed university degree in business administration, electrical engineering or similar / Completed training as a certified sales marketing manager
• Several years of experience in sales, ideally in the field of lighting solutions
• Excellent leadership skills with high social competence, communication strength and the ability to build networks
• Proven success in leading sales teams and sustainably building customer relationships
• Independent, goal-oriented working style and entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, dynamic and open personality with a convincing appearance and the ability to inspire our customers and partners as well as the sales team itself
• Very good knowledge of the regional market in the greater Zurich area
