Job Profile Summary 

Contributes to ensuring a safe working environment compliant with company directives, guaranteeing the achievement of production targets during the shift. Supports Production Supervisors in the daily coordination of operational activities, providing technical assistance to operators in assembly and packing areas.

Main Roles and Responsibilities 

• Supervises and ensures compliance with safety directives and ABB's code of conduct during their shift 
• Supports the Production Supervisor / Logistic Supervisor to ensure the correct execution of production activities 
• Provides technical support to operators (Assembly, Packing) during daily operations 
• Acts as a reference for on-the-job training of production personnel 
• First point of contact for operational issues to be reported to the relevant production supervisor 
• Actively participates in Level 1 Q Circles: proactively collects technical and quality issues and shares/reports them to the relevant supervisor 

Operating Licence / Core Values 

• Ensures that all personnel (within their area of responsibility) understand ABB's core values and the group's safety and integrity standards and act accordingly 
• Implements and ensures compliance with ABB's code of conduct, tools, policies, and processes in their assigned area 

Collaboration / Leadership 

• Promotes and enables collaboration within their areas of responsibility 
• Manages relationships with stakeholders in their area of responsibility and ensures alignment 

Professional Skills and Experience 

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations, preferably in coordination roles  
• Experience in electromechanical fields 
• Previous experience in team coordination roles will be considered a plus 

Education 

• Vocational school diploma or equivalent
