What you achieve

• You lead, coach, and develop your team (20-25 employees) to peak performance.
• You manage production and delivery processes and ensure on-time deliveries.
• You continuously optimise workflows (Lean, Kaizen) to increase efficiency and quality.
• You ensure compliance with quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• You coordinate interfaces with purchasing, technical services, and quality management.

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Field: Technical or commercial training (e.g. food technology, production technology, HF/FH or equivalent).
• Professional experience: Several years of experience in production or supply chain in the food industry / FMCG, including leadership experience.
• Solid knowledge in production control, Lean methods as well as basic knowledge in QM and GMP/HACCP requirements.
• Strong leadership skills, communication strength, and team promotion; pronounced process thinking and solution-oriented action.
• Willingness to work 3 shifts and, if necessary, 4 shifts
• German (C1)
