Horizonte is a non-profit organization committed to the social and professional integration of people with mental disabilities through various residential and work-related services. The Lebensraum Plattenhof in Horgen offers 24 residents a supervised living situation with night duty. We provide the best possible framework conditions in which residents can strengthen and develop their resources, skills, and personality. We emphasize the greatest possible autonomy and self-responsibility of our residents. Starting December 1, 2025, or by arrangement, we are looking for a Social Pedagogue 80% for our residential institution Plattenhof in Horgen. Are you looking for a professional perspective in a supported living setting? Would you like to actively and creatively participate in the further development of our institution? Then you are in the right place with us! Your tasks- Collaboration in the support and promotion of a maximum of 24 adult residents
- Case management within the framework of key worker duties for 3 to 4 residents
- Daily responsibility for organizational and administrative matters
- Cooperation with medical and therapeutic professionals and authorities
- 24-hour / 365-day operation with one to two night duties per month, on site
- HF/FH degree in social pedagogy
- Enjoyment in co-designing and taking on responsibility
- Confident application skills in MS Office, including Outlook
- Good work organization and team competence
- Motivation to accompany people with mental disabilities in the long term
- Humor and a positive attitude towards life
- 40h/week / 5 or 6 weeks vacation as well as very good social benefits and other perks
- Needs-oriented training opportunities
