XpertCenter AG, a company within the Mobiliar Group, supports and advises customers in claims handling in the areas of motor business, fraud prevention, recourse management, case management and foreign damage.

Your Impact with Us

You are responsible for the comprehensive handling of complex claims (especially property damage) across all liability and motor vehicle sectors as well as their final settlement in German and Italian. You conduct thorough investigations and negotiations and maintain telephone or written contact with our policyholders and/or partner companies, injured parties, their legal representatives and other claimants.

You also ensure the enforcement of private insurance recourses abroad and in Switzerland.

Supporting the claims services of the directorate and general agencies in technical matters as well as maintaining close contact with our partners abroad are also part of this varied role.

Your Profile

• Completed basic training in the insurance sector, a federal specialist certificate in private insurance is an advantage
• Professional experience in the claims department and good knowledge of liability law
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Team-oriented and flexible personality
• Native German or Italian speaker with very good knowledge of the other language in spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage
