Junior HR Business Partner (m/f/d)
- Supporting the four HR Business Partners by situational or permanent assumption of tasks and dossiers
- Planning and implementation of recruitments as well as participation in other HR processes
- Advising and supporting managers in all employee management situations
- Advising employees on HR matters
- Collaboration with the central personnel office (HR Services and Support, HR Competence Centre, HR IT)
- Participation in the further development of HRM
- Commercial basic training or degree, with advanced training in HRM (FH, HF, CAS)
- Professional experience in a comparable role (including recruitment)
- Healthy assertiveness and confident communication at all levels
