To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and competent System Technician Communication Systems (m/f/d) with a focus on Mitel, Innovaphone, and Microsoft Teams.

System Technician Communication Systems (m/f/d)
Workload: 80 - 100% / Location: Schaan

What we are looking for
⎯ Planning, installation, and configuration of communication solutions based on Mitel and Innovaphone
⎯ Integration of Microsoft Teams as a UC platform into existing telephony infrastructures
⎯ Conducting fault analyses, support, and maintenance (remote and on-site)
⎯ Technical advice and training for our customers in the field of modern communication systems
⎯ Documentation of projects and support cases
⎯ Participation in the further development of our solutions and services

What you should bring
⎯ Completed training in IT or telecommunications (e.g. IT specialist, IT systems electronics technician or similar)
⎯ Solid knowledge and practical experience with Mitel PBX, Innovaphone PBX, as well as Microsoft Teams including Direct Routing
⎯ Knowledge in the areas of network, VoIP, SIP, SBCs, and firewalls is an advantage
⎯ Independent and solution-oriented working style
⎯ Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
⎯ Team spirit, customer orientation, and willingness for continuous further training
