About the job

After developing its network in several regions of French-speaking Switzerland, Maillard Immobilier is preparing to establish itself in Sion. For this new phase, we are looking for more than just an agent: we seek a local personality eager to participate in the launch and development of our activity in Valais.

Everything is to be built: a network, a portfolio of mandates, a local presence and, gradually, a Maillard agency firmly established in its market.

You will not be starting from scratch, however. You will benefit from the experience, brand, tools, marketing and network of a French-speaking Swiss real estate group that has already led several regional openings in recent years.

Your challenge

Become one of the faces of Maillard Immobilier in Valais.

Develop the local network, prospect, obtain the first mandates, support sellers and buyers and actively participate in building our Sion establishment.

Your profile

You know Sion and the Valais market intimately. Ideally, you already have a personal and professional network there.

You are commercial, autonomous and enterprising. You prefer opening doors rather than following well-trodden paths.

You have successful experience in real estate brokerage or a sufficiently solid commercial background to demonstrate your ability to develop a clientele and a network.
