To strengthen our team in Zurich, we are looking for a motivated specialist with a can-do attitude who already has experience in analysing, designing and implementing initiatives or projects in Swiss banks. We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement to implement our client mandates, as:

Business Analyst / Consultant (m/f)

WHAT TO EXPECT

• Responsible for eliciting and specifying requirements in collaboration with the business units of our clients
• Modelling, verifying and describing business processes according to BPMN 2.0
• Organising, moderating workshops and documenting requirements or creating concepts (UML, use cases, process diagrams, etc.)
• Link between business departments, IT partners and software suppliers
• Support in testing, defining test cases, error analysis, user training and support
• Advising and supporting business departments on various matters

WHAT WE EXPECT

• Completed studies in business informatics, computer science or marketing
• More than 5 years of professional experience as a business analyst and/or requirements engineer in a consultancy or a Swiss bank in the area of front channels / customer interface
• Experience in requirements management and design/definition of processes at financial institutions
• Good conceptual and analytical skills
• Communicative, independent and sociable personality with social competence
• Organisational skills with creative flair and entrepreneurial thinking
• Fluent in German and flexible regarding national travel
• Knowledge of BSI CRM software and/or Finnova is an advantage
