What your tasks are:
- Caring for and supporting residents with a person-centred approach
- Carrying out logistical and administrative tasks
- Helping and supporting the development of the daily structure
- Participating in everyday activities on the ward
- General assistance in daily life and with eating
What you bring:
- Completed training as a Health & Social Care Assistant or SRK Nursing Assistant
- 1 – 2 years of experience in caring for and nursing elderly and dependent people, preferably with experience with residents with dementia
- Joy and motivation to work in a well-coordinated team
- Responsibility, commitment, reliability and flexibility
- Fluent German language skills
- Returnees are warmly welcome
