Intern in Social Work with a Focus on Work Agogics in the Commercial Sector 80%

You will support us with these tasks

• Assisting in the guidance, care and promotion of our clients at training workplaces
• Work preparation and co-design of work orders and internal projects
• Support and guidance of clients in MS Office programmes
• Creating reports and assessing the personal performance of clients
• Key worker role in collaboration with coaching professionals
• You conduct regular individual discussions with clients and participate in review meetings with referring agencies as well as team meetings

This is how you confidently fulfil your tasks 

• You are studying Social Work at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland
• Resilience, understanding and ability to set boundaries when dealing with people with predominantly psychological impairments
• Very good knowledge of MS Office programmes
• Very good German language skills and communication ability
• Interest in the topic of work integration in the commercial sector
• Structured working method and good self-organisation
• Ideal age from 20
