Security Assistant in the Detention Centre / Prison Service (m/f/d)
from 01.10.2026 or by arrangement- You will be involved in security in prisoner management and detention coordination
- You will work in shifts, including night and weekend duties, and perform on-call duties
- You are responsible for the transport of incarcerated persons, escort them to official offices, and supervise them
- You will carry out admissions and releases of incarcerated persons
- You will collaborate with prison staff, social services, and health services
- You have a qualification as a certified security assistant, security specialist, or correctional services specialist, or are willing to undertake part-time further training
- Your German language skills, both spoken and written, are very good, and preferably you have knowledge of foreign languages
- You have an impeccable reputation
- You hold a category B driving licence (manual transmission vehicles)
- Your strengths include skill and patience in dealing with people from diverse cultures, religions, and backgrounds
