We are looking for one of our clients, in the construction sector, active in the North Vaud region, an architect or building draughtsperson at 80-100%.
Architect or Building Draughtsperson (M/F)
Desired profile:
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a building draughtsperson with experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of AEAI requirements regarding fire protection (AQ2 level), an advantage
- Proficient with common industry software tools including Messerli, MS Office, Autocad, Archicad and Photoshop
- Strong knowledge of building technology
- Interest in and good knowledge of subsidies for renovations
- Organised, rigorous, pragmatic and possessing good interpersonal skills
- Produce technical drawings at all project stages: sketches, preliminary project, final project, execution and detail plans
- Compile and submit planning application dossiers
- Carry out surveys of existing buildings using laser scanning software
- Perform measurements and oversee small construction sites
- Prepare and manage tenders and calls for bids
