About the job
Your responsibilities include:
- Administration of planning approval procedures
- Administration of energy projects and the energy funding programme
- Management of the secretariat for the Planning, Environment and Construction Commission, including minute-taking
- Management of the secretariat for the Energy Committee, including minute-taking
- Telephone and counter service
- Deputising for the procedural assistant in building construction
- Participation in the training of our young talents (apprentices)
What you bring:
- Commercial basic training (EFZ), ideally in the municipal sector
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Enjoyment of minute-taking
- Independent, organised and responsible working style
- You remain calm even in hectic situations
- Quick comprehension and enjoyment of varied tasks
- Good IT skills: MS Office, CMI AXIOMA, innosolv and ABACUS
