About the job
As part of assignments for several of our clients, we are looking for mobile auxiliary receptionists with a variable activity rate to provide occasional cover and strengthen the reception teams at various sites located in the Geneva region.This is an on-call contract, requiring great flexibility and regular availability, particularly to sometimes intervene at short notice according to our clients' needs.

Your duties
Ensure the physical and telephone reception of visitors, clients and colleagues
Direct and inform visitors professionally
Manage entries and exits (badges, registers, visitor announcements)
Receive and distribute mail and parcels
Handle calls, emails and various requests
Ensure the impeccable upkeep of the reception area
Collaborate with the various contacts present on site
Adapt quickly to varied working environments and different client sites
What characterises you.
Your profile
Previous experience in a similar role (reception, front desk, hospitality or customer service) is an asset
Fluent French, spoken and written
Very good level of English required
Any other language is an advantage
Excellent presentation and strong service orientation
Very good interpersonal skills, discretion and courtesy
Organisation, autonomy and reliability
Proficiency with common IT tools
Great flexibility and availability to work on call
Mobility essential throughout the Geneva region
Ability to integrate quickly into new working environments
