Your mission:
Manage the Innovation & Digitalization unit to strengthen the company’s ability to design, lead, and deliver digital projects in a structured, efficient, and value-oriented manner. Develop a cross-functional innovation dynamic serving business models, operational efficiency, competitiveness, and partnerships. Ensure governance of the digital and innovation portfolio, guarantee overall coherence, and promote a culture of sustainable and collaborative transformation.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead the Innovation & Digitalization unit: organization, budget, reporting, management.
- Structure and facilitate the innovation process: ideation, pipeline, partnerships, acculturation.
- Supervise digital projects: governance, methods, quality, adoption, continuous improvement.
- Define the vision and roadmap for Innovation & Digitalization in connection with Management.
- Ensure cross-functional coherence, maximize created value, and challenge the status quo.
Your skills:
- Higher education (HES/EPF/UNI) focused on organization, innovation management, transformation, or IT/digital.
- Proven experience in portfolio management (PMO) and complex cross-functional projects.
- Experience in team management and cross-functional facilitation.
- Demonstrated competence in developing innovation dynamics.
- Good knowledge of the industrial or energy sector is an asset.
- Excellent communication and change management skills.
- Native French or German speaker with good oral and written knowledge of the other language.
