Residential Group Leader: Psychiatric Nursing 80-100%

We are looking for you immediately or by arrangement as:

Residential Group Leader Psychiatric Nursing / Gerontopsychiatry | 80 - 100%

Responsibility for leading a residential group with around 17 residents and 17 employees as well as trainees
Participation in the development of the new "Erlenhaus" a residential group with 40 beds focusing on gerontopsychiatry
Ensuring professional and resource-oriented care
Co-development of a shared leadership culture
An exciting working environment with professional and individual care and support for the residents
A motivated team that plans and implements the care and support process together
Responsibility for ensuring complete and precise nursing documentation

Trained at tertiary level (HF, FH, AKP, DN II)
Experienced in leadership and equipped with leadership training (CAS or similar)
Professionally experienced in psychiatry, gerontopsychiatry or acute somatics
Motivated to support residents with complex care and support situations
Flexible, confident and solution-oriented
Upbeat, communicative and an asset to the team
Confident in handling PC applications
