Quality Engineer (all genders)

About the job

This is how you will spend your time:

• 30% Further development and improvement of processes
• 30% Conducting root cause analyses for complaints
• 25% Development and creation of quality and inspection plans
• 15% Participation in the introduction of new products

What you bring with you:

• Practical experience in a production environment, e.g. as a quality or production engineer
• You are familiar with the introduction of new products (NPI) and have experience with quality requirements in the supply chain
• It is advantageous if you are a Lean Practitioner or Six Sigma Green Belt
• You work solution-oriented, possess strong analytical skills and demonstrate a pronounced service mentality towards your stakeholders
• In addition, you are agile, act independently and confidently, and continuously expand your sphere of influence and network
• You speak fluent German and English, are a team player and love to act and work internationally
