Product Manager Payment (f/m)

Your new job

• Leading complex projects from idea to rollout and ensuring a successful market launch as well as smooth operation throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Responsibility together with subject matter experts and sales for business requirements, processes and sign-offs and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
• Promoting the continuous development of our payment products and examining new technologies and business models
• Managing stakeholder relationships, close collaboration with internal and external partners, and regular reporting on status, milestones and challenges
• Monitoring market trends, customer needs and competition, early identification of opportunities and risks, and designing solutions with tangible added value for our customers

What we benefit from

• Several years of experience in product management, ideally in payments or banking, with solid know-how in product development, lifecycle and project management (both traditional and agile).
• Very good understanding of business contexts, as well as market, customer and regulatory requirements in payments
• Sound expertise in modern payment solutions and services such as EBICS, Instant Payments, bLink, TWINT, e- & mobile banking, and other payment apps.
• Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills as well as experience in moderation, presentation, workshops and quality management.
• Strong communication skills, confident appearance and enjoyment of working in cross-functional teams with diverse stakeholders.
• High initiative, sense of responsibility and reliability, combined with flexibility, willingness to change, structured working style and very good German skills (English advantageous).
