Responsibilities:
You record and process customer orders in SAP SD.
International customer support is provided in writing and by phone in several languages.
You coordinate transports and communicate with freight forwarders.
You ensure order-related follow-up work is completed on time.
You create customer master data and check existing entries.
You clarify complaints with the responsible internal departments.
During absences, you take over defined tasks of your team colleagues.
Administrative tasks in the area of additional costs also belong to the deputy role.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
Professional experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage.
You have good knowledge of SAP R/3 or a comparable ERP system.
Export experience facilitates your familiarisation with international processes.
A structured working method and good organisation distinguish you.
You work independently, flexibly, and enjoy working in a team.
You have a confident command of German and a good level of English.
French or Italian language skills are welcome.
