HR Business Partner 60-100% (m/f)

What you can achieve with us

• You are the competent contact person for our managers in all personnel-related matters and advise them in a solution-oriented manner.
• You actively accompany change processes, reorganisations and personnel development measures.
• You also support managers in challenging personnel discussions and labour law issues with advice.
• You implement the HR processes in your area of responsibility professionally and continuously develop them further.
• By analysing relevant HR key figures, you identify the need for action and derive appropriate measures.
• In HR projects, you contribute your expertise, develop new ideas and drive the further development of our HR work.

What you bring to your role

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable function
• Further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
• Good French skills as well as confident German in spoken and written form
• A assertive, trustworthy personality with a hands-on mentality
• High advisory competence, initiative and a confident appearance
