🕓 Workload: 80–100%

Your impact with us:

📬 Prepare invoices and export documents – international and precise
💬 Support the sales, purchasing and customer sales representative teams in resolving customer and
supplier-related concerns – service-oriented, friendly and solution-focused
🖥️ Maintain master data & digitise documents – everything up to date
🔢 Post creditors & debtors, check and manage payments – you keep an overview
📊 Document bank transactions & prepare reports – numbers are your thing
🧾 Intrastat / EU VAT returns – you ensure everything runs correctly
🤝 Support in order processing + holiday cover within the team

You bring with you:

🎓 Commercial training + experience in international trade, accounting, EU VAT
📈 Numerical understanding and a good feel for processes
🗣️ German + English (French = bonus)
💻 Proficient in digitalisation, MS Office & ERP systems
💬 Enjoy contact with people
💡 Curious, eager for development & digital topics
