Portfolio Manager 60 - 80% (m/f/d)

Your exciting tasks include:

• Investments / Controlling: Operational implementation of asset investments via collective investment vehicles within the framework of the investment strategy, investment plan, bandwidth mechanism and other requirements of the board of trustees and the investment committee
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements as well as responsibility for liquidity management and cash management
• Preparation of the ongoing investment plan as well as decision-making and controlling documents for the investment committee and the board of trustees
• Collaboration with external service providers and investment partners as well as monitoring service quality, performance and cost efficiency
• Committee work: Organisation and preparation of investment committee meetings, preparation of well-founded decision-making bases, participation in meetings, follow-up and minute-taking
• Participation in projects: such as conducting periodic ALM studies with external partners, preparing ESG reporting, further development of sustainability topics as part of risk management
• Support of the managing director in board of trustees meetings, involvement in the strategic development of the foundation as well as preparation and updating of management and risk indicators.

You bring with you:

• Degree in Finance, Banking or comparable professional training in portfolio management. Further training in occupational pension provision, e.g. as a head of occupational pension provision or comparable, is an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in managing institutional assets at a bank, insurance company or ideally at a pension fund
• Experience in leading strategic committees
• Enjoy working with various internal specialist teams as well as with external partners
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
