For 60 years, we - the EHL Hotel Management School Passugg - have been preparing young people for their careers. We offer interconnected training programmes from basic education through the Higher Technical College to the Bachelor degree. Since 2013, we have been part of the EHL Group, one of the most renowned academic education providers in the field of Hospitality Management worldwide.

We are looking to fill the position immediately or by arrangement

Career Service Employee (m/f/d) 100%

for our courses in vocational basic education as well as the Higher Technical College. In this role, you will advise and support learners and students before, during and after the mandatory internships. You will regularly visit our internship companies in Switzerland and maintain close contacts with companies as well as various organisations. We offer you a varied, responsible position with plenty of scope for creativity in your area of work.

Your main tasks:

• Planning and conducting internship lessons
• Advising and supporting learners and students during the application phases
• Administrative tasks, contract management and data maintenance
• Monitoring, evaluation and documentation of internship tasks and records
• Communication and correspondence with various stakeholders (companies, learners/students, internal departments, authorities)
• Co-organisation of career events at EHL Passugg

Your profile:

• Completed hotel management school or equivalent qualification
• Enjoy working with learners/students and have a pedagogical flair
• Experience in advising and coaching is an advantageExcellent English skills, both spoken and written; additional foreign languages are a plus
• Very good MS Office skills; further IT knowledge is an advantage
