Job Description:

• Programming and setting up 3-axis CNC milling machines with Mastercam
• Monitoring manufacturing processes
• Ensuring quality standards
• Adhering to safety regulations
• Maintenance and care of machines
• Technical leadership of a small milling team
• Ensuring smooth information flow between the team and supervisors
• Detailed planning and coordination of daily operations and resources

What you bring:

• Completed technical training as a Polymechanic EFZ or similar
• Several years of professional experience in CNC milling (tool/mould making)
• Confident handling of technical drawings
• Solid knowledge in programming and setting up machines with Mastercam
• Independent, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented working style
• Down-to-earth, team-oriented, and reliable personality
• Willingness to work shifts (if required)
