About the job

Due to our international major clients and suppliers, the area of responsibility in financial accounting is demanding.

Your challenges:

Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Handling payment transactions, managing financial disposition, preparing liquidity planning, reconciling bank accounts and responsibility for dunning
Preparing reports for management
Supporting invoicing
Deputising for the head of accounting

What you should bring:

Ideally a professional certificate in finance and accounting (at least accounting clerk level VSK or comparable qualification)
At least 5 years of experience in accounting
Experience in a medium-sized company, ideally in an international environment
Sound knowledge of a leading accounting software – experience with Abacus is an advantage but not essential, as well as confident use of MS Office (especially Excel) and an ERP system
Responsible, discreet and team-oriented personality with an exact, reliable and efficient working style
